Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website and is part of our Terms and Conditions.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping locations
We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

International Shipping & Customs (DAP)
All international orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place).
  • Duties and Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping costs paid at checkout.
  • Customer Responsibility: The recipient is the importer of record and must pay all local duties and taxes directly to the shipping carrier or customs office before the package can be delivered.
  • Refused Shipments: If you refuse an international shipment due to customs fees, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees incurred, and the cost of returning the package to us. These costs will be deducted from your refund. If the package is abandoned or destroyed by customs, no refund will be issued.

Shipping methods and rates
Shipping options and rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order value, weight, and delivery address. Available methods typically include Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping; estimated delivery timeframes will be shown at checkout.

Free shipping
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any such offer will be clearly displayed on our website and/or at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, free shipping promotions apply only to domestic U.S. orders.

Order tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update. For international orders, tracking updates may slow down while the package clears your local customs office.

Delivery issues
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you have not received it, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us at support@bushidonation.com for further assistance.

Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us at support@bushidonation.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and products. Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund, as determined on a case-by-case basis.

Returns and refunds
For information about returns, exchanges, and refunds, please see our separate Returns & Refunds Policy. Please note that original shipping fees and international customs duties are non-refundable.
